Home Stretch is Minnesota's official 8-hour homebuyer education workshop, coordinated by the Minnesota Homeownership Center. Completion is required for most down-payment assistance programs. Sessions run in-person, virtually, and in multiple languages — typically $25–$50, often waived for income-qualified buyers.
